There were a lot of smiles at the flea market yesterday.
The weather has been absolutely perfect all summer so far--bright and sunny, but not too hot. I haven't yet turned on the AC once. Considering the spring-like winter we had and karma, we'll be paying for all this niceness at some point.
Up till then, I'll smirk at our poor loyalist cousins who I hear are having the wettest summer in history.

Great shots and wonderful stuff!
That's the beauty of flea markets: you never know what you're gonna find.
I like that pig.
A moist Englishman writes (while enduring the wettest summer on record following the wettest spring on record):
Much as I'd love to join you in that beautiful weather, Vanda, I'm afraid I'd spend all my money in your fabulous flea market. It's safer to enjoy it at this distance.
Love your flea market posts.
It's hard not to like such happy pig.
Dive, but what fun you'd have!
Thanks Jean. I love the flea market.
I meant to tell you that I saw you at the swap meet. You were looking at a very ornate skirt and by the time I put 2 and 2 together - whoosh- you were gone.
I bought a beautiful teak magazine holder that fits perfectly under my spindly legged mid- century side table (got her down 10 bucks too)
